Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking code to monitor the delivery. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website.
Box to Box FC is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrectly or incompletely provided addresses by the customer. If the product returns to our distribution center for this reason, a new shipping fee will be charged for reshipment. Please make sure to review your shipping details at checkout.
In cases of international shipping, products are subject to customs inspection and possible import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. The payment of any applicable taxes and postal dispatch fees is the sole responsibility of the customer.
