Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive the product at your address (according to tracking). If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, send us an email at suporte@boxtoboxfc.com.br for mailing instructions. The availability of the item for an exchange in a different size will be subject to current stock levels.
To return your product, you must contact us beforehand to receive a reverse logistics label or return address.
