Refund policy

At Box to Box FC, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your sports products purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Our return policy is straightforward and designed to make things right.

Return Window

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive the product at your address (according to tracking). If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also:

  • Be in the original packaging;
  • Have all original tags and labels attached (especially for jerseys and boots);
  • Show no signs of wear, washing, odors, or modifications.

Note: Customized items (e.g., football shirts with a custom name and/or number chosen by you at the time of purchase) are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:

  • Customized/Personalized products;
  • Gift cards;
  • Final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at suporte@boxtoboxfc.com.br.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, send us an email at suporte@boxtoboxfc.com.br for mailing instructions. The availability of the item for an exchange in a different size will be subject to current stock levels.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you must contact us beforehand to receive a reverse logistics label or return address.

  • In case of a defect or store error: The return and reshipment costs will be fully covered by Box to Box FC.
  • In case of a size exchange or remorse: The shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, as previously aligned via customer support.
